Booking related questions
Simply enter the dates you would like to stay in the sidebar on the right of each page or on the homepage to check if the dates you would like are available. Available dates show as green on the calendar. If the home is available on the dates you’ve submitted, you can simply click on the green reserve button on the next page. Then submit a booking request. We will send you a rental agreement to sign along with an invoice for the down payment. Once the agreement is signed and the down payment made, your booking is confirmed!
Dogs are welcome at Sunset Cove, but we cannot have cats stay at this time due to allergies among our team that cares for and prepares the house for your stay. There is a $150 pet fee if you would like to bring your dog.
The only additional charges are a cleaning fee and pet fee. We charge are a $175 cleaning fee for stays up to 2 weeks. Stays of 3 weeks or more require a mid stay clean ($175 additional).

We also have to collect Florida sales tax (7%) and Hillsborough County accommodations taxes (6.5%)
The boat lift is rated for 10,000lbs. and is good for boats up to 25′ in length. There is also plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the side of the driveway by the shed.
If you need to cancel your planned stay, just email us at sunsetcoveapollobeach@gmail.com. We will confirm your need to cancel and send a refund according to the rental agreement terms.
